▲How do I order custom washi tapes?

▼ Ordering is easy! Once you have your designs ready please submit them via our order form. We will provide a digital layout proof for your approval. Once you have approved your proof we will invoice you for the cost. Once your invoice is paid, it can take15 working days to print your washi tapes.

We will often over-print to compensate for any printing or cutting errors. You can choose to purchase these additional tapes (it could be 10-50 rolls) and have them shipped together with your order. Extra tapes purchased at the time of shipping your initial order will attract a 5% discount. We will never sell your washi tapes to anyone else without your permission.

Washi tapes ship direct from China -please allow 10 to 15 days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. You will receive a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery. Please note that any customs and import fees/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
